Fried Chicken

It was easy how to make this fried chiken. I always remember how my mom teach me to cook this when i was still teeneger, so few days ago i fried it again for my dinner , all you need is patience,,

Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. 75 ml Coconut milk
  3. 1 lemongrass
  4. 2 cm ginger
  5. 2 tbs garlic powder
  6. 2 Indonesian bay leaves
  7. 1 teaspon turmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspon coriander powder
  9. 2 cm galangal
  10. to taste Salt
  11. Chili (option)
  12. 3 orange leaves
  13. 100 ml Water

Steps

  1. Cut chicken into 8 pcs and clean it up

  2. Put all ingredients into the pan mix them and add chicken

  3. Boil for about 15 minutes or untill no water in medium heat

  4. Remove chicken from the pan let it cold down

  5. Fry chicken untill golden brown and ready to serve,, happy cooking :))

  6. U guys also can put it in the fridge before u fry. U can fry it whenever u want 🙂
