Frozen Berries Parfait

This is a simple and healthy breakfast.


  1. 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  2. 1 handful frozen mixed berries
  3. 1/2 cup granola of your choice


  1. In a food processor, mix 1/2 cup of the yogurt with all the berries. Reserve the other half for layering.

  2. Layer the vanilla yogurt, granola and the mixed portion in a tall glass. Try to get 5 layers. Enjoy!
