This is a simple and healthy breakfast.
- 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 handful frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup granola of your choice
In a food processor, mix 1/2 cup of the yogurt with all the berries. Reserve the other half for layering.
Layer the vanilla yogurt, granola and the mixed portion in a tall glass. Try to get 5 layers. Enjoy!
