Gazpacho

Ingredients

  1. 1 clove garlic
  2. 2 lb lbs tomatoes
  3. 4 oz green onions
  4. 4 oz radishes
  5. 4 oz green pepper
  6. 4 oz pimento
  7. 4 oz cucumber
  8. 4 oz black olives
  9. 1 ⁄4 tsp basil
  10. 1 ⁄4 tsp tarragon
  11. 2 oz red wine
  12. 2 tsp paprika
  13. 1 tsp dried parsley
  14. ground salt
  15. black pepper
  16. 3 hard-boiled eggs
  17. 2 tbs lemon juice
  18. 2 tbs vinegar
  19. 2 tbs olive oil

Steps

  1. Skin and sieve tomatoes. Finely dice vegetables. Finely dice white and scrape egg yolks. Measure vinagar, oil, and herbs.

  2. 1. Rub bowl with cut garlic clove.

    2. Stir in remaining ingredients except eggs.

    3. Gently fold in egg whites then yolks. Chill 2 hour
