Ginger garlic Paleo pork chops


  1. 4 chops
  2. 1 bulb garlic
  3. 2-3 inch piece fresh peeled ginger (sliced thin)
  4. Butter
  5. Salt&pepper


  1. Butter in pan

  2. Fry whole cloves of garlic til skin is peeling. Remove all peel. smash each clove with a fork.

  3. Add more butter to the pan. Season chops. Add to pan. Add garlic and ginger on the side.

  4. When brown on one side, flip. Add garlic and ginger on top. Let cook until no longer pink
