Healthy cookies

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup heated softened butter
  2. 1 softened banana
  3. 1.5 cup oats/gluten-free flour
  4. 1 cup oats
  5. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  7. Chocolate chips

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients to form a med-hard mixture then add the chocolate chips right at the end

  2. Preheat oven to 190°

  3. The mixture won’t rise extra itself so create a ball and flatten a little to form a cookie shape

  4. Heat for about 15 minutes in the oven
