Ingredients

  1. 4-5 dates
  2. 2 bananas
  3. 1 cup youghurt
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 2 pinch cinnamon powder
  6. cubes Ice

Steps

  1. Take a blender and add 4 to 5 dates 2 bananas 1 cup youghurt

  2. 1/2 cup milk 2 pinch cinnamon powder and ice cubes

  3. Blend until well combined

  4. And healthy date shake ready
