Kara chutney is spice chutney well goes to dosa and Idli.
Ingredients
- Cooking Oil as required
- 2 tbsp Urad dhal
- 4-5 dry Red Chilly
- Big Onion -2
- Salt as required
- 2 Garlic pods
- Tamarind small size
- Tomato-2
- tbsp Mustard Seeds -2
- Leaves Curry
Steps
Take a pan and pour oil. add urad dhal and dry chilly.
Add onions and salt once urad dhal changes it color. sauté well until onion mushy. add garlic pods and tamarind and sliced tomato
Sauté well until tomato mushy.
grind it once it cools.Add seasoning using curry leaves and mustard.
serve it with fluffy idli and ghee dosa.
