Keto beef burger

Hi all , uploading my innovative recipe for first time.
My husband is a foodie and as now on keto he wants different iftars daily , so I create my own recipes by experimenting.

Ingredients

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 pinch baking powder
  3. 1 pinch cream of tarter
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 1/2 tsp oregano
  6. 3 tbsp Almond flour
  7. 1 tsp fresh cream
  8. 1/2 tsp homemade butter
  9. beef patty ingredients
  10. 1/2 cup beef qeema
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. 1/2 tsp lasn adraq paste
  13. 1 green chilli
  14. 1 tsp coriander leaves
  15. 1/2 ysp black pepper
  16. 1/2 tsp soya sauce

Steps

  1. Melt butter in a bowl add egg and beat properly.

  2. Add all the dry ingredients and beat

  3. Line the cupcake baking tray with butter paper and divide the mixture into two cups

  4. Bake for ten minutes in preheated oven at 200’c, let it cool and prepare the patty.

  5. Add all the patty ingredients in a chopper and chop properly.Make 2 small patty and grill it in a griller on slow flame.

  6. Cut the bun in half apply desired sauce on both sides of bun, add patty and veggies.

  7. Ready to serve
