Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 stick salted butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Lemon paste
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- Coating
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
Steps
Soften cream cheese and butter. Mix together.
Mix lemon paste, water, sweetener, sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut flour.
Mix all together. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Form into balls. Roll into coconut coating.
