With roasted garlic gravy
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 egg
- 1 bulb garlic
- 2 cups broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Mix first 4. Form oval patties. Brown on each side. Remove to a plate.
Separate garlic pieces. Fry in olive oil til shells are loosening. Remove garlic. Peel. Mash with fork once creating slices.
Butter in pan. Add garlic. Toast til fragrant. Turning brown will bitter it. Add in broth.
Replace meat patties. Simmer for 25 min. Flipping half way.
Turn off heat and add sour cream.
