Kinilaw na Tuna

Ingredients

  1. 300 g tuna
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. 2/3 cup spicy vinegar
  5. 1 pc lemon
  6. 4 cloves garlic (fine cuts)
  7. 1 thumb ginger (julliened)
  8. 1 pc medium onion (chopped)
  9. 3 pcs siling sigang

Steps

  1. Mix ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
