Ingredients
- 300 g tuna
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2/3 cup spicy vinegar
- 1 pc lemon
- 4 cloves garlic (fine cuts)
- 1 thumb ginger (julliened)
- 1 pc medium onion (chopped)
- 3 pcs siling sigang
