Mango swiss roll

Ingredients

  1. 1 mango
  2. For rabdi
  3. 1 litre milk, 3 tbsp yoghurt, 1 box condense milk, 1 fresh cream
  4. Sugar, dry fruits powder

Steps

  1. For rabdi, boil the milk adding yoghurt, condense milk,fresh cream, dry fruits powder and sugar according to taste

  2. Then cut out a thin slice of mango,around 8 to 10 slices will come out from a big mango, then take a slice fill rabdi inside and roll and garnish with pistachios

  3. Ready to serve
