Ingredients
- 900 gms chicken
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- Salt as per taste
- 1 chopped onion, whole gram masala, dalchin,laung, green Elachi
- 1 tsp garam masala, 1tsp kasuri methi, 1 coriander powder,
- Fresh methi leaves 1 cup
Steps
Marinate chicken
Marinate for 1 hour
Heat half oil
Add whole gram masala, cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, and laung
Add 1 chopped onion
Fry till pinkish brown colour
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Add 1 tbsp crushed green chillies
Now add marinated chicken
Saute well on medium flame
Add 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp garam masala mix everything well
Add 1 cup water mix well
Cover the lid and cook for 10 to 15 minute
We have to dried the chicken completely
Add methi leaves or fenugreek leaves
Mix everything well and cover the lid leave for dum 5 minute
Methi chicken is ready to serve
