Milk tea made from moringa and lemon grass

Ingredients

  1. For tea:
  2. 1/2 cup moringga
  3. 1/2 cup lemon grass
  4. 1 tbsp calamansi
  5. 1 cup water
  6. 1 tbsp honey
  7. Other ingredients:
  8. 1 cup milk
  9. 2 tbsp tapioca pearl
  10. 2 tbsp sugar
  11. Toppings:
  12. Whipped cream
  13. Fruits(mango,strawberry etc.)

Steps

  1. Boil 1 cup of water along with moringga,lemon grass,calamansi and honey. Set aside.

  2. In a glass put the tapioca pearl and sugar. Pour the moringa and lemon grass tea on the glass,after that pour the milk also.

  3. To make the milk tea look more presentable,add toppings such as whipped cream or fruits.
