Moong dal paranthašŸ˜‹

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1 cup any left lentil.i use moong daal
  3. 1 cup finely grated spring onions
  4. 2 green chilli chopped
  5. Half cup finely grated cauliflower optional
  6. Half cup finely grated carrots optional
  7. 1 tablespoon rock salt
  8. 1 tsp red chili powder
  9. 1 tsp turmeric
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1 tsp garam masala
  12. Half tsp black pepper
  13. 1 tsp coriander powder
  14. 1 tsp cumin powder
  15. 2 tablespoons desi ghee
  16. Butter to roast paranthas

Steps

  1. First mix all the spices and ingredients together in the flour and donot add water

  2. Mix well and try to make dough with little addition of water

  3. In the end add desi ghee and make a smooth little hard dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

  4. Make yumm paranthas and enjoy yumm breakfast.stay safe stay healthy
