1. Arisi maavu (Rice powder) 1/2 cup(100g)
  2. 100 g Curd
  3. 300 ml Water
  4. Bengal gram dhal -1tsp
  5. Urad dhal-1tsp
  6. Salt-to taste
  7. tsp Asafoetida-1/4
  8. Curry leaves -2 springs
  9. Refined oil+ sesame oil-3tsp+4tsp
  10. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds-
  11. Mor milagai- 5 nos


  1. Add Rice powder to buttermilk and mix well add some water to get a thin consistency, Take a Kadai add a table spoon of oil add mustard Bengal gram and urad dal, curry leaves sauté then add the buttermilk rice powder mixture add salt to stir keep stirring till it thicken a little bit. serve hot.
