Multi-purpose dough

You can use this dough for basically anything. Pizza, pretzels, garlic knots, calzones, Italian bread. You name it it can be used for it!

Ingredients

  1. 2 tsp active dry yeast
  2. 1 1/2 cups warm water
  3. 2 tbsp white sugar
  4. 2 tbsp oil (any kind will do)
  5. 2 tsp salt
  6. 3 cups all purpose flour

Steps

  1. Add yeast, sugar, and water to a mixer or a food processor. Let sit 5-10 minutes.

  2. Add oil, salt, and flour. Mix together using dough hook or low setting on food processor.

  3. Add flour or water as needed until dough comes together.

  4. Let rise in a oiled bowl.

  5. Use anyway you like! Flaten out and add toppings, cook at 400 for pizza.

  6. Boil 6 cups of water with 1/4 cup baking soda. Boil pretzel shaped dough pieces for 1 minute on each side. Egg wash and salt. Place in 400 degree oven for pretzels.
