Ingredients
- Mix vegetables
- 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- Pav
- 50 GM butter
- 2-3 oil
- 2 glass water
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomatoes
- leaves Fresh coriander
- Lemon
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Steps
In a pressure cooker add vegetables like green peas, fresh beans, cauliflower, potatoes and cauliflower…boiled them with salt and 1 glass of water
Vegetables has boiled now, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomatoes, 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil
Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,saute well
Now add chopped onion, saute till it becomes soft
Now mash the boiled vegetables
Boiled vegetables has mash now
Now add all the spices, pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder
Mix everything well
Add boiled the vegetables in masala
Put the gas on high flame and mix everything well.
Add spices according to your taste
Fry the pav by applying butter from both the sides
Mumbai street food pav bhaji is ready
