Mushrooms, Onions, and Peppers

Great addition to a good steak.


  1. 24 ounces white mushrooms
  2. 1 large red bell pepper
  3. 1 large green bell pepper
  4. 1 large onion
  5. 1/2 stick butter
  6. 2 cloves garlic sliced
  7. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  8. 1 cup beef broth


  1. Slice the mushrooms. Thinly slice the onion. Slice the bell peppers. Slice the garlic.

  2. Heat a skillet add the butter with the garlic. When the butter melts add the mushrooms, onions, and peppers.

  3. After the mixture has Sauteed for 5 minutes add the seasoned salt and beef broth.

  4. After the salt has been added reduce for 25 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
