Mutton Curry

Mutton is one my favorite meat to eat always spicy version . I love spicy food specially when it any meat this one is spicy and simple to make .

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Kilo Mutton
  2. 1.1 /2 Tsp Chilli Powder
  3. 1.1 /2 tsp Coriander Powder
  4. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  7. 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  8. 1.1 /2 Tsp Meat Masala
  9. 2 tbsp Whisked yogurt
  10. 1 Onion
  11. 1 Tomato
  12. 3 green chillie
  13. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. Dry Roast Spices
  15. 1/2 Tsp Cumin seed
  16. 1/2 Tsp Peppercorns
  17. 1/2 tsp Saunf or fennel seed
  18. 1 Inch Cinnamon
  19. 2/3 Clove
  20. Small Star anise
  21. 1 Cardamom

Steps

  1. Clean and dry the mutton pieces. In a pressure cooker heat some oil sauté onion till light brown and then add chilli and ginger garlic paste sauté well.

  2. Then add the mutton pieces fry for while till it turns brown. Then add all dry spices along with roasted spices and cook for while.

  3. Then add the tomato and cook and add whisked yogurt till the curd absorbs jew mixing.

  4. Then add some water and pressure cook till done.If it’s too watery cook down till it thickens. serve with some roti or rice
