- 2 round or long bottle guard
- 1 big chopped onion
- 2 green maxican pepper chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- Pinch black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon kitchen king or garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
Steps
First in pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds+garlic+ginger
Now after make it browned saute onions.make it crispy brown
Add all the spices together
Add grated bottle guard
Cover the utensil and stay at low flame
Check every after one minute
Let continue for 7 to 8 minutes
