My guard bhurji or scramble bottle guard

Ingredients

  1. 2 round or long bottle guard
  2. 1 big chopped onion
  3. 2 green maxican pepper chopped
  4. 4 cloves garlic
  5. 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  6. 1 tablespoon salt
  7. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  8. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  9. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  10. 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  11. Pinch black pepper powder
  12. 1 tablespoon kitchen king or garam masala
  13. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  14. 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Steps

  1. First in pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds+garlic+ginger

  2. Now after make it browned saute onions.make it crispy brown

  3. Add all the spices together

  4. Add grated bottle guard

  5. Cover the utensil and stay at low flame

  6. Check every after one minute

  7. Let continue for 7 to 8 minutes

  8. Now yummy healthy nutritious bottle guard bhurji is ready
