Nachos With Salsa, Jalapeño Peppers & Cheese

A very quick & easy Mexican dish which goes well with a good movie & a refreshing bottle of cold pale ale.

Ingredients

  1. 10 Tortillas
  2. 100 g Salsa Picante
  3. 40 g Pickled Jalapeño Peppers
  4. 50 g Medium Cheddar Cheese

Steps

  1. Cut tortillas into 1/8 triangles, air fry for 20 minutes at 160°C.

  2. Cover tortillas with salsa picante.

  3. Add jalapeño peppers.

  4. Cover with cheese.

  5. Microwave on full heat for 90 seconds.
