Everyday I have oatmeal for breakfast and it’s been like 2 months and it’s amazing because everyday I come up with something new to do it. Sometimes I do it with fruits sometimes with cheese sometimes with eggs etc.
(This meal is great for weight loss and it contains 250kcal)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon greek style yogurt
- 1 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 or more strawberries (or any fruit of choice)
- And raisins or dates
Steps
Put 3 tablespoons of quick cooking oats
Apply hot water on oats then cover them with something and wait for 3-5minutes
Cut your fruits
When ready apply 1/2 cup almond milk
Add your yogurt and peanut butter on top then fruits
And ENJOY!?
