Oatmeal

Everyday I have oatmeal for breakfast and it’s been like 2 months and it’s amazing because everyday I come up with something new to do it. Sometimes I do it with fruits sometimes with cheese sometimes with eggs etc.
(This meal is great for weight loss and it contains 250kcal)

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Water
  2. 1/2 cup almond milk
  3. 1 tablespoon greek style yogurt
  4. 1 tablespoons peanut butter
  5. 2 or more strawberries (or any fruit of choice)
  6. And raisins or dates

Steps

  1. Put 3 tablespoons of quick cooking oats

  2. Apply hot water on oats then cover them with something and wait for 3-5minutes

  3. Cut your fruits

  4. When ready apply 1/2 cup almond milk

  5. Add your yogurt and peanut butter on top then fruits

  6. And ENJOY!?
