This is a perfect alternative for a healthy bread breakfast. U can add it to ur bowl of breakfast parfait too or top with Greek yoghurt and you’re good to go. Healthy and yummy
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup oats flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- Grated coconuts,walnuts or pecans (optional)
Steps
In a bowl whisk the coconut oil with honey add d eggs and mix well
Add the mashed bananas and milk and whisk
Add in baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and salt
Lastly add in the oats flour and ur grated coconut/ walnut and mix.
Pour in a grease pan and add toppings if u want, den bake for in a preheated oven for 45-50 mins or till done
