Oats flour banana bread

This is a perfect alternative for a healthy bread breakfast. U can add it to ur bowl of breakfast parfait too or top with Greek yoghurt and you’re good to go. Healthy and yummy

Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cup oats flour
  2. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1 cup mashed bananas
  8. 1/4 cup milk
  9. 1/3 cup coconut oil
  10. 1/2 cup honey
  11. Grated coconuts,walnuts or pecans (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl whisk the coconut oil with honey add d eggs and mix well

  2. Add the mashed bananas and milk and whisk

  3. Add in baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and salt

  4. Lastly add in the oats flour and ur grated coconut/ walnut and mix.

  5. Pour in a grease pan and add toppings if u want, den bake for in a preheated oven for 45-50 mins or till done
