Oil Less Raw Mango & Green Chillies Pickle. #bushramazhar

Ingredients

  1. 2 Fresh Mangoes, Sliced
  2. 15 Fresh Green Chillies, Slit
  3. Boiling Hot Filtered Water
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 15 grams Sugar
  6. 1 Glass Jar

Steps

  1. Stir to dissolve sugar & salt in the boiled hot water after it has been removed from the flame.

  2. Add mangoes & chillies to the jar.

  3. Pour & fill the jar with the water prepared above.

  4. Set aside for about seven days.

  5. Serve with meals or starters or salads.
