- 2 Fresh Mangoes, Sliced
- 15 Fresh Green Chillies, Slit
- Boiling Hot Filtered Water
- Salt as per taste
- 15 grams Sugar
- 1 Glass Jar
Stir to dissolve sugar & salt in the boiled hot water after it has been removed from the flame.
Add mangoes & chillies to the jar.
Pour & fill the jar with the water prepared above.
Set aside for about seven days.
Serve with meals or starters or salads.
