Ingredients
- 3 TBSP Butter
- 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 2 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Pepper
- 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt
- 1 lb Pasta (Spaghetti or Angel)
- 1 Cup shredded Parmesan
- 1 Pound Frozen Cooked Shrimp
- 3 TBSP Chopped Parsley
- Spinach Leaves to Taste
Steps
In a cast iron skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add Garlic and saute until lightly golden.
Add Water, Cream, Milk, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, whisk together. Add Pasta and cover and cook until almost done. (5-7m)
Stir in Parmesan, Shrimp, and Spinach. Add Parsley. Re-cover and simmer until shrimp, pasta, and spinach are cooked and sauce has thickened. (About 8m)
