One Pot Parmesan Shrimp Pasta


  1. 3 TBSP Butter
  2. 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
  3. 2 Cups Water
  4. 2 Cups Milk
  5. 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  6. 2 TSP Salt
  7. 1 TSP Pepper
  8. 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt
  9. 1 lb Pasta (Spaghetti or Angel)
  10. 1 Cup shredded Parmesan
  11. 1 Pound Frozen Cooked Shrimp
  12. 3 TBSP Chopped Parsley
  13. Spinach Leaves to Taste


  1. In a cast iron skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add Garlic and saute until lightly golden.

  2. Add Water, Cream, Milk, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, whisk together. Add Pasta and cover and cook until almost done. (5-7m)

  3. Stir in Parmesan, Shrimp, and Spinach. Add Parsley. Re-cover and simmer until shrimp, pasta, and spinach are cooked and sauce has thickened. (About 8m)
