Ingredients

  1. 3 lb whole milk
  2. 2 scoop apple cider
  3. 1 big chopped onion
  4. 2 tomatoes chopped
  5. 1 green chili
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoon turmeric
  9. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  10. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  11. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  12. 1 teaspoon Maggie masala
  13. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  14. Pinch black pepper powder
  15. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic grated

Steps

  1. Boil the milk and add vinegar

  2. Hung it for better homemade paneer or Indian cheese

  3. Now in a pan put two tablespoons butter

  4. Roast cumin seeds+ginger+garlic+green chilli

  5. Make it browned and add chopped onion

  6. When onion looks golden add tomatoes and spices together

  7. Let simmering the masala for 7 to 8 minutes

  8. Now add paneer scrambled with hand

  9. Let again at low flame simmering the masala to mix with paneer properly

  10. After 9 to 10 minutes yummy healthy oil free paneer bhurji is ready
