Paneer taka tak



  1. 250 gms Paneer
  2. 3 Onions
  3. 4 Tomato
  4. 1 spoon Kaju magaj paste
  5. 1 spoon Adrak lahsun paste
  6. Kasuri methi
  7. Dhaniya powder
  8. Salt
  9. Lal mirch
  10. Haldi
  11. Malai
  12. Batter
  13. 1 spoon Maida
  14. 1 spoon Cournflour
  15. Water
  16. Salt
  17. 1/2 spoon Black pepper


  1. Method
    Cut paneer into 3 equal layers Nd in one layer apply Hari chutney Nd in 2nd layer apply ketch up.. dip it in batter Nd fry

  2. Now take pan add ghee Nd onions tomato all d ingredients Nd sauté dem.. then turn off d gas Nd cool down d mixture.. now make a paste of it nd again add it in pan on low flame now add malai to it nd cook it for 10 mins on low.. now cut paneer pieces into half Nd add into gravy

  3. Serve hot
