Parmesan Crusted Pollock

Delicious way to have crusted fish but without frying so it can remain healthy. 4 points on weight watchers plan for 1 serving.


  1. 1 lb pollock cut into individual filets
  2. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  3. 1 tsp paprika
  4. 1 tsp parsley
  5. 1 tbsp chopped dill
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Combine Parmesan cheese and herbs and spices

  2. Brush olive oil onto each piece of pollock

  3. Coat each piece of fish with cheese mixture

  4. Bake on 375 for about 20 minutes

  5. Serve with lemon dill sauce or tartar sauce, or alone if you prefer.
