Paul's Brazed Country Ribs


  1. 2 or more Country Ribs, 1 or 2 per serving
  2. Water
  3. BBQ Sauce


  1. Heat oven to 250f

  2. Put ribs in a cast iron or any ovenproof pan and add water to about 1/2 way up on the ribs. Place on the middle rack of the oven.

  3. After one hour, turn over and bake for an additional hour.

  4. Pour off the water and raise heat to 400f. Baste ribs with BBQ sauce and bake one-half hour.
