Afternokn snack with my baby this afternoon ? I know it is not the healthiest way to eat banana but hey, you have to enjoy life ?
This dish is sold as street food and the banana is usually deep fried but I pan fried it instead to make it a bit healthier. So, hope you like it!
Ingredients
- 2 horn plantain, divide into 2
- Cheese, grate, as desired
- Chocochips, as desired
- Condensed milk as desired
- 2 tcbs butter
Steps
Put the butter in a pan.
When it is melted, add in the bananas.
Cook them while pressing them to flatten the shape.
Cook on both sides until golden brown.
Take them out. Put on a plate.
Top them with some grated cheese, chocochips and condenses milk.
Serve while warm.
