Pisang Keju / Banana and Cheese

Afternokn snack with my baby this afternoon ? I know it is not the healthiest way to eat banana but hey, you have to enjoy life ?

This dish is sold as street food and the banana is usually deep fried but I pan fried it instead to make it a bit healthier. So, hope you like it!

Ingredients

  1. 2 horn plantain, divide into 2
  2. Cheese, grate, as desired
  3. Chocochips, as desired
  4. Condensed milk as desired
  5. 2 tcbs butter

Steps

  1. Put the butter in a pan.

  2. When it is melted, add in the bananas.

  3. Cook them while pressing them to flatten the shape.

  4. Cook on both sides until golden brown.

  5. Take them out. Put on a plate.

  6. Top them with some grated cheese, chocochips and condenses milk.

  7. Serve while warm.
