Potato fry

I wanted to add more taste in potato fry

  1. 1 cup chopped potato
  2. 1 table spoon Mustard oil
  3. 2 dried red chilli
  4. Salt
  5. Butter
  6. Half cup Chopped onion
  7. 2-3 pcs slightly cut whole green chilli


  1. Peel off the potato & finely chop them

  2. Put a pan on stove & put mustard oil on it

  3. On hot oil, add 2 dried red chilli n fry well

  4. Add chopped onion n fry till it turns deep golden or brown

  5. Ad potato n cover the pan. Cook in medium heat. Mix well after few times. Do it after few minutes again.

  6. After half boil, add salt, green chilli & mix well. Let the fry have a deep color.

  7. Add butter on fumed potato fry and keep covered.

  8. Low the flame n let the oil n butter to come out from potato fry.

  9. Serve the dish immediately
