I wanted to add more taste in potato fry
- 1 cup chopped potato
- 1 table spoon Mustard oil
- 2 dried red chilli
- Half cup Chopped onion
- 2-3 pcs slightly cut whole green chilli
Peel off the potato & finely chop them
Put a pan on stove & put mustard oil on it
On hot oil, add 2 dried red chilli n fry well
Add chopped onion n fry till it turns deep golden or brown
Ad potato n cover the pan. Cook in medium heat. Mix well after few times. Do it after few minutes again.
After half boil, add salt, green chilli & mix well. Let the fry have a deep color.
Add butter on fumed potato fry and keep covered.
Low the flame n let the oil n butter to come out from potato fry.
Serve the dish immediately
