Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 1 quart milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon onion seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Steps
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water when soft rub through strainer
Scald milk add to potatoes
Melt butter add dry ingredients stir until well mixed stir into boiling soup cook 1 minute strain sprinkle with chopped parsley
