Protein ball Snack


  1. 1/2 cup raw peanuts
  2. 1/2 cup raw almonds
  3. Banana
  4. 5 pitted prunes
  5. 1/2 cup shredded coconut not sweet


  1. Roast peanuts and almonds at 400 to release their oil keep your eyes on it for not burn

  2. Using nutribullet crush the peanuts and almonds to get fine like flour

  3. Add the banana and prunes and mix till you get dough add 1/4 cup coconut

  4. Roll some of the dough in your hands as balls put on top the rest of the coconut Refrigerate for half hour

  5. You could add any sweetener to the dough as much you want I did not enjoy
