Quick and Easy Beef Stew Bake


  1. 1 can roast beef and gravy
  2. 2-3 cups baby carrots
  3. 3-5 small-medium red skinned potatoes
  4. 1/2 medium-large yellow onion
  5. 2 cloves garlic chopped
  6. Seasoning salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Mrs. Dash Seasoning
  9. Optional:
  10. Cornbread Muffins on Top or on the Side!


  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Cut veggies in desired shapes and sizes and add to casserole dish.

  2. Add canned beef and seasonings in desired amounts.

  3. Stir in 2-3 cups of water. Mix thoroughly. Bake for 45-60 mins until potatoes are softened.

  4. Serve with cornbread or you favorite side!
