Quick Spicy Ramen w/ Leftover Steak

I don’t like to waste so I try to use whatever I have leftover from my weekend. This weekend it was carne asada and I’ve been craving some ramen and voila! (you can use whatever kind of leftover protein you have I’m sure)

  1. 1/4 Cup chopped steak
  2. 1 tsp olive oil
  3. 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  4. 1/8 Cup Brown Sugar
  5. 2 tbs Garlic Chili Sauce
  6. 1 pkg Ramen Noodles (discard flavor packet)
  7. Sliced green onions

  1. Cook Ramen noodles in boiling water for three minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a medium skillet. Add steak and warm for 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Add brown sugar, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce to skillet and stir to combine. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes.

  4. Add noodles to skillet and toss to coat. Sprinkle with green onions.
