Rainbow Popcorn


  1. Non-stick cooking spray
  2. 8 cups popped popcorn
  3. 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  4. 3 tbsp light corn syrup
  5. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar or granulated sugar
  6. 1 pkg (4 oz) serving size) flavored gelatin of your choice


  1. Heat oven to 300°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking foil pan with foil or waxed paper and spray with cooking spray.

  2. Place popcorn in large bowl.

  3. Heat butter and syrup in small saucepan on low heat. Stir in sugar and gelatin and bing to boil ob medium heat.

  4. Reduce to low; gently simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Immediately pour syrup over popcorn, tossing to coat well.

  6. Spread popcorn in prepared pan, using 2 forks to spread evenly. Bake 10 minutes.

  7. Cool and remove from pan. Break into small pieces and enjoy!
