Ingredients
- 5 bunch broccoli rappini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Steps
Wash rappini and wash and when you think you done washing wash again
Cut rappini roughly you do not need the end they Tough to chew
On medium heat put the olive oil and then the cup of water with salt in pot add the rapini cook for 45 minutes
Everything 10minute open the led up and mash the greens with your wooden spoon It would make it released their juice and then get more softer
After 45 minutes enjoy it with a squeeze of lemon or I usually put olive oil on top and eat it with a pita bread enjoy
