Refreshing Beverage

One evening summerwhen I had stomach ache and cramps, my friend made this tea.
It blew our mind by its taste! ????

Ingredients

  1. Grated Fresh Ginger (1 small spoon)
  2. Mint extract (1/3 cup)
  3. Cinnamon (as much as you like)
  4. Honey (as much as you like)
  5. Bergamot extract (1/6 cup)
  6. Boiled water

Steps

  1. Mix the ingredient and let it rest for several minutes.

  2. Enjoy!

  3. (It really works like as a painkiller when you feel cramps in your stomach)
