Rush cake is a crispy dried sweet cake that can be eaten any time you want. Very easy to make and easy to store for a few months without refregerator.
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
Mix butter, sugar, baking powder, flour, eggs
Use mixing machine to make the mixture smooth or manual mix the mixture until it is smooth.
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Take out and cut into desired pieces then bake each side of the cake from 20 minutes each side. Watch the cake to turn other side before it turn brown
