Rutabagas

Ingredients

  1. 3 lbs rutabagas
  2. 2 tsp salt
  3. 1/3 cup butter
  4. 1/2 tsp pepper

Steps

  1. Peel and cut into chunks

  2. Put in saucepan and cover with water and add salt

  3. Boil and simmer for 30 min

  4. Drain then mash with butter salt and pepper
