Kachche aam ki launji


  1. 5 big raw mango green and crushed with hand
  2. 1 tablespoon rai or black mustard seeds
  3. 1 tablespoon rock salt
  4. 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  5. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  6. Half tablespoon black pepper powder
  7. 1 tablespoon kalonji or nigella seeds
  8. 1 tablespoon methi dana or fenugreek seeds
  9. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  10. Pinch hing or ASAFETIDA
  11. 1 tablespoon ilaichi dana or cardamom
  12. 1 tablespoon magaj beej or muskmelan seeds
  13. 10-12 pieces almonds chopped
  14. 5 tablespoon jaggery powder
  15. 1 cup sugar
  16. 2 tablespoons vinegar
  17. 1 tablespoon chaat masala


  1. Crush all the green mangoes.some people cut into slices too

  2. Now in a big pan at very low flame put crushed mangoes and sugar and jaggery powder

  3. Let stir it for atleast 10 to 12 minutes

  4. Now in a small pan put some oil and roast all the ingredients not spices

  5. Add roasted ingredients into mango material

  6. Now stir again for mixing well

  7. Add all the spices together and mix well.stir the mixture until water is soaked properly.

  8. In the end turn the gas off and add vinegar after 5 minutes

  9. Vinegar helps to preserve long lasting the chutney

  10. Yummy delicious chutney is ready
