Scott's Rice


  1. 1 Onion
  2. 1 cup Rice
  3. 3 cup Water
  4. 1 El pato per cup of rice
  5. 2 tbsp Garlic


  1. Little i oil in pan sautéed on high the onion for a short bit. Add rice and cook until white (not translucent). Then add water and bring to boil. Add el pato (water + el pato = 3 cups). Also add bullion and Italian seasoning if on hand. Once on boil simmer (not low) for 20 minutes. Try to use sauce pan.
