A classic that my mom makes during holidays. Hoping this can bring holiday joy to other families!
- 1 box jiffy cornbread Mix
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup seafood stock
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 pound crawfish tail
Mix sugar, butter, cornbread mix in bowl and blend well
Sauté crawfish tails and shrimp
Bake cornbread at 350 for 30 minutes until golden brown
Mix seafood with cornbread once baked.
Add seafood stock and return to oven for 15 minutes at 350.
