Seeded bread

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cups whole grain flour (buckwheat flour works well too)
  2. 1 teaspoon salt
  3. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 3/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts)
  5. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  6. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  7. 1/4 cup flax seeds
  8. 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  9. 3 eggs
  10. 3/4 cup water
  11. 2 tablespoons honey
  12. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Steps

  1. Lightly toast nuts and seeds separately (if desired)

  2. Once the nuts and seeds have cooled, mix together with flour, salt, and baking soda

  3. Add in last 4 ingredients and mix well.

  4. Cook for 1 hour at 160°
