Sherry Chicken

Sherry Chicken is sweet & juice taste is wonderful ?????!


  1. 1 lb. Skinless Chicken Thighs or Breast
  2. 1/2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  3. 3/4 Cup Medium or dry Sherry
  4. Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper


  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with olive oil spray and add Chicken. Brown 2 minutes. Turnover add Garlic and brown second side 1 minute. Lower heat to medium and add Sherry. Cover with lid and simmer for 5 minutes until meat thermometer reads 180 degrees F (170 degrees if using Boneless chicken breasts). Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 servings.
