Ingredients
- 100 g cabbage
- 100 g soy beans sprout
- 50 g long beans
- 1 corn
- 1 tomato
- 1000 ml water
- Spices :
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 small red onions
- 3 large chilis
- 1 small chili
- 1 cundlenut
- 1 tsp shrimpaste
- to taste Salt & Sugar
- 2 sheets bay leaf
- 2 cm Galaga
- 3 pcs young tamarind
Steps
Grinding all spices except galaga, tamarind and Bay leaf
Prepare all ingredients
Boil water, corn and spices till corn soft.
Add all vegetables and cook till soft.
Add tomato.. cook for 3 minute.
