Ingredients
- 500 gr chicken tigh/breast fillet
- 1/2 onion, slice thick
- 1/2 + 1 tbsp margarine
- Crispy coating
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1.5 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp mushroom powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sauce
- 4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp warm water
Steps
Cube/slice the chicken. Marinade with salt, pepper, garlic powder for at least 30 minutes
Whisk the egg
Combine all the flour and mushroom powder
Heat oil to fry. Dip chicken in egg then flour mixture, press lightly so it’s evenly coated. Fry the chicken cube until golden brown, set aside
Heat new pan, add 1/2 tbsp margarine, saute onion until fragrant. Pour the sauce mixture, cook in low heat to boil.
Add 1 tbsp of margarine, cook until melt completely and then add the chicken. Mix well until fully coated. Done
