Stir-Fry Asparagus & Bean Sprouts & Bacon


  1. 150 grams Asparagus
  2. 100 grams Bean Sprouts
  3. 40 grams Bacon
  4. 1/4 tsp Salt
  5. 2 tsp Soy sauce
  6. 1 tsp Oil


  1. Fold the base of Asparagus by hand. (The base of Asparagus is hard, so peel the skin and use. Or throw away.) Cut the Asparagus soft side into diagonally.

  2. Cut the bacon into 1 cm strip.

  3. Heat a pan with oil. Fry the bacon until the color changes. Then add the Asparagus and fry it until the color becomes vivid.

  4. Add the bean sprout, salt, soy sauce and stir fry quick. (Within 1 mitute)
