Stuffed peppers

I always have heartburn problem from green peppers but I tried my red orange and yellow peppers and these become just amazing

Ingredients

  1. 4 boiled potatoes
  2. 1/3 cup boiled peas
  3. 1/3 cup boiled sweet corns
  4. 2 tablespoon onion paste
  5. 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  6. 1 tablespoon green chili paste
  7. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tablespoon salt
  9. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 tablespoon turmeric
  11. 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  12. 1/3 black pepper powder
  13. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  14. 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  15. 1 tablespoon kitchen king

Steps

  1. Take a pan and roast onion paste

  2. Now stir to make it browned

  3. Add all the spices together and add tomatoes paste with ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste

  4. Stir the masala for 6 to 7 minutes and add mashed and boiled potatoes

  5. Add sweet corn and peas too

  6. Mix the ingredients for 7 to 8 minutes

  7. Fill the mixture into peppers by cut from center

  8. Now take a flat pan where you can spread all the peppers

  9. Put some butter into pan at very low flame and spread all the peppers

  10. Keep it for 8 to 10 minutes

  11. Yummy stuffed peppers are ready
